5k for 10k

Just a quick note to let you know of a charity run (or walk!) taking place on the 25th September on Wimbledon common. It's a great opportunity to tackle a short run for a good cause and the location is fabulous too, so it' definitely worth a look...you could even win something.

I, will be taking part, despite celebrating my 40th the night before, so there really is no excuse (you may spot me walking very slowly at the back with shades and a green-ish complexion...).
You can sponsor me online here... virginmoneygiving
